Our Story

Vaibhav & Shailja are an example of a perfect founders fit. As of 2022 they will complete a decade of shared journey in business. 

 

Before starting Pragti on 7th JULY 2021, the duo organised exhibitions in Delhi, Jhansi, Kanpur & Lucknow trading ShatriyaeS ready to wear and unstitched dress materials suits for women. They also organised a Suit Up India, seminar cum exhibition for college students & teachers in IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur & KIIT Noida. 

They also designed, manufactured and retailed, a proprietor fashion bracelet marketed as vASTR, which could be used as emergency weapon. Their two designs are copyrighted & protected under Indian Design Act 2000. 

 

In 2016, they opened retail shop in Delhi, retailing ShatriyaeS ready to wear luxury women's wear.

In 2018, duo opened a retail shop in Lucknow, retailing East India Design unstitched dress materials for women.

 

In their business journey they deeply understand the woes and financial burdens faced by small retail shops, that's how Pragti came to existence, solving the pain points of small shops and turning them more profitable.
